1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to YUYUAN Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order for our wire harness manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, including OEM/ODM partners in the automotive and energy storage sectors.

2. Manufacturing Services

YUYUAN specializes in the production of high-performance wire harnesses and cable assemblies. With over 6 years of experience, our services include:

• OEM/ODM Solutions: Custom manufacturing based strictly on client-provided drawings, BOMs, or physical samples.
• Prototyping: Rapid sample production for validation before mass production.
• Mass Production: Scalable manufacturing utilizing 8 professional production lines compliant with ISO 9001 standards.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested manufacturing specifications violate international safety standards (such as UL, CE, RoHS) or regulations.

3. Orders & Specifications

3.1 Technical Drawings: Clients are responsible for providing accurate technical drawings (CAD/PDF) and Bills of Materials (BOM). Any changes to specifications after order confirmation may result in cost adjustments and delivery delays.

3.2 Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only upon our issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI) and receipt of the agreed deposit.

3.3 Material Selection: Unless specific brands (e.g., TE, Molex, Delphi) are strictly mandated by the client, we may suggest equivalent high-quality alternatives that meet UL/RoHS/REACH standards to optimize costs and lead times.

4. Quality Assurance

We are committed to the highest quality standards, aligned with our ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and IATF 16949 certifications. Our quality control process includes:

In the unlikely event of a defect, claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. We will repair or replace defective units verified to be non-compliant with the agreed specifications.

5. Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property of our clients. All technical drawings, samples, and design data provided to YUYUAN Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will remain the sole property of the client. We agree to:

• Keep all client information strictly confidential.
• Not disclose designs to third parties without express written consent.
• Use client data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the manufacturing order.
